The Mainline ProHub CCS4600 AWD dyno combines precise load control with direct hub mounting, eliminating tyre slip and helping deliver consistent, repeatable testing. Its eddy current braking system allows steady-state tuning, controlled power runs and road-load simulation, giving us the control needed to develop fuelling, ignition and boost across realistic operating conditions. With configurable CAN data integration, twin-channel lambda monitoring and a combined AWD absorption rating of 4,600 hp at 2,000 axle rpm, it is a powerful tool for detailed calibration and performance development.
Repeatability & consistency
Good tuning relies on consistent testing and reliable data. When test conditions are repeatable, we can see whether a calibration change has made a real improvement or whether the result has been influenced by temperature, tyre slip or other variables. Recording and comparing torque, power, lambda, boost and temperatures helps us understand how the engine responds, spot potential issues and make informed adjustments. It’s about developing performance that works consistently, run after run.
